Preparation
- Wash and chop the chicken and broccoli. Add a tablespoon of olive oil to the pan, add the chicken and broccoli and brown for 5 minutes. Set aside.
- Chop the onion and grate the ginger. Add them to the pan and cook for 1-2 minutes until the onion is golden. Add the crushed tomatoes and curry powder and cook for 8 minutes.
- Meanwhile, wash the Rice©The Konjac Shop, soak for 2 minutes in hot water and drain.
- Add the chicken, broccoli, salt, and pepper to the pan during the last two minutes and stir. Ready to serve.
