konjac 250 grams of pure glucomannan helps you lose weight when following a low-calorie diet, with a daily intake of 3 g of glucomannan in three doses of 1 g, along with one or two glasses of water or mixed with food.
Directions: Dissolve half a teaspoon of dessert or tea (approx. 1 g) of glucomannan flour from konjac before the main meals with plenty of water to ensure that glucomannan is deposited in the stomach.
Taking 4 g of glucomannan daily helps maintain normal blood cholesterol levels.
