2. ORDERS AND FORMALIZATION OF CONTRACT
By clicking on the "finish purchase" button, you issue a binding declaration of will by which you accept the conclusion of the order, forcing yourself to pay for it. You will then receive the acknowledgment of receipt of your order, confirming the conclusion of the contract

4. BILLING
We accept payments with Paypal, credit cards, debit cards, by cash on delivery (with an additional cost of €2) and by bank transfer. We do not store credit card details or share customer details with third parties. After placing an order you will receive a confirmation email with your order. You agree to provide current, complete and accurate information.
5. SHIPPING
Orders placed until 1:00 p.m. are prepared and shipped the same business day, with the delivery time being 24 business hours.

All orders are sealed and packed in a box for safe delivery by the transport agency Correos Express or Correos y Telégrafos. 6. CANCELLATION OF THE ORDER
We reserve the right to cancel or modify any order once accepted. The customer may cancel the order free of charge only in the event that the order has not been prepared for shipment. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal The right of withdrawal will not be applicable to contracts that refer to:

8. WARRANTY AND AFTER-SALES SERVICE
If your product arrives in poor condition, contact us immediately by email at info@thekonjacshop.com. We will proceed quickly to make an exchange or a refund. Keep the defective product until we tell you otherwise; We may require a photograph or manage a return of it at our expense to check its status.
