WITHDRAWAL INFORMATION FOR CONSUMERS

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 calendar days without the need for justification. The withdrawal period expires 14 calendar days from the day on which the carrier delivers the package. Consequences of withdrawal

In case of withdrawal by you, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs, within a maximum period of 14 calendar days from the date on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will use the same means of payment used by you.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods, or until you have provided proof of the return of the goods.
